I am surprised they never followed up as to why we didn't go with them , lucky for that rep as I would of told his Manager that he needs a Donna on his team clearly. I asked Donna to be straight up with all dealings and she has been todate , Donna not only opened up the display house for us again after hours to get a better feel of it , she also paid us a home visit to see what our needs where for living & once again opened up the office for us after hours in order to sign up as we are both time poor . So to sum up your sales Rep Donna I would tell others about her service yes & I could see why she would be put forward for employee of the year.

So far, the process of selecting and fine tuning a design has been a real pleasure thanks not only to the great designs on offer but also to our new home consultant - Ant Harris - who has volumes of knowledge and skills in design. Not only that but Ant is patient and personable and has a can-do attitude! I was pleasantly surprised by how collaborative the process was and how easily my requested changes were accommodated. I never once felt I was being a nuisance or pressured to accept anything less than I wanted. All costing is transparent and available so you can proceed knowing exactly what that means in dollars. I'm really looking forward to the next stages of the process (materials and finishes selection) and to the commencement of construction and I will update this review as we go.

the interior team as we’d hoped. We are still in the early stages though so this could change. Additionally, the portal is very basic as it does not present the options in an effective way. It is easy to feel uncertain of what you have selected.

This is our first home purchase in Australia but our thirs time building a home and Amba Thompson made the experience wonderful. She was efficient and accomadating at all times. We had so many requirements and she tried her best to accomadate them all. She met us at odd hours and worked late into evenings to help get the job done.
