Ok, so if there are so many problems with this kettle why are they not being recalled & why are Delonghi allowed to keep selling this ? They are not the cheapest items out there & it is supposed to be a premium product. Delonghi obviously don’t give a toss about their customers as indicated by the lack of response to these issues.poor form.
Where is this kettle manufactured?
Why is the black colour coming off around the rim of my kettle I only wipe it over with a damp cloth.
Mine is doing the same I think mine is because the water slowly leaks out of the bottom of the water level window I have the Bronze one
Mine is around the rim where the lid fits, lot of money for this to happen. Wouldn’t buy another one
