My DeLonghi Nespresso machine is jammed and I can’t lift the lever to dispose of or enter new capsule. Can anyone help?
My delonghi appears to prime and pump but not a single drop comes out. I have tried to clean but nothing gets through to clean. Motor just churns and churns. It must have gunk built up inside?
did they give you a cleaning wire for the nozzle when you bought it? I think we had one with ours. If you can find it try that

My EN90 coffee machine is leqking water it appeqrs from where the water tank slots into the machine,should theree be a seal there
Should be a seal. it might have pushed up or been lost.

My coffee machine has been in storage for quite some time, I've just started it and it won't pump the water through the machine. It sounds like it's pumping but no water. Any help?
Sounds like its not priming but I don't know how you would fix it. Make sure the little water filter at the base of the water tank isn't blocked and maybe stick a pipe cleaner in the intake if you can. Run it a few times without a pod. All I can think of.

Hi I have my en90 for number of years. At the present time machine leaking water when is in operational order. Water coming on the bench which is bit of brown in colour (mix with coffee). I miss my little machine, please help. I'm in Perth WA. Where I can fix it. Thank you.

Hi Sonja it could be leaking around the metal piece where it contacts the capsule, or it might just need to be de-scaled. If flushing it with de-scaler doesn't work you might have to send it back to be repaired. If you run your finger around the inside where the capsule goes you might be able to feel a crack in the metal if that is the problem.
Have had my machine for 18 months and in the last month it is not producing the same amount of coffee into the cup that it once was. Is this a pump problem? It is also making a rattle after pushing either button. I am hoping that after only a short time I am not going to have to replace it. Would it be covered by warranty?
It is an EN90 Model but I'm not sure which one it is in the drop down list below.
Don't know much about coffee machines but it sounds like a pressure problem. Did you try de-scaling just in case its that? Or the flange that the pod sits in could be cracked so it lets air into the system, or maybe a pipe is cracked. You need to check your warranty but it is possible Nespresso/De Longhi might still fix even if outside warranty, if it is considered a manufacturing fault.
