certain products/colour choices that would best suit what we were wanting, showing us a range of different products, whilst ensuring we were fully aware of any “upgrades” and costing that would come with it. We had a lot of questions and changes post colour selections due to our own change of mind. Molly continued working tirelessly to support and assist us, making sure we didn’t feel like we were being any trouble. Molly was more than happy to send through further photos/suggestions that we were questioning going back and forth via email. Molly had such a wealth of knowledge, from product availability, to what fit outs could be created and if there was something she didn’t have the answer to, she promptly followed things up on our behalf and made the whole experience stress free. I certainly hope the next stage of our build is as positive as this one!

We were very stressed going into our color appointment, due to the share number of decision needed as this appointment and their potential long-term implications. It was great to have two initial opportunities to explore the Showroom before our final appointment. Jo-Anne Wilson, our color consultant was amazing. Right from the time the appointment was scheduled, she was in touch with us to provide the neccessary info. At the appointment, we had a great time with her, felt well supported and informed, and were able to make great decisions that suits the home we want. The only minor issue we found was that the solar water heater unit was a bit bulky in size.

One aspect worth highlighting is that Dennis Family Homes engaged Group 4, an independent inspection company known for their professionalism and thoroughness—this gave us added confidence throughout the build.
