I am sorry I don't know but I have since found Aveeno products are better than Dermaveen. Again not sure though about using whilst pregnant. Thanks

Hi Mun Yee, I think these products would be ok, I have never had any side affects. However to be sure you could contact the manufacturer, iNova Pharmaceuticals (Aust) Pty Ltd., Freecall 1800 630 056 and they will be able to give you advice. Good Luck

I thought I would give the Dermaveen Extra Gentle bath oil and shower care a try and love the moisturizing effect on my skin at first. However I have now developed a severe dermatitis skin reaction and itching on my skin and have stopped using it, How can I get a refund on my product? Think I will go back to QV now.

Hi Rosemary, I think you try and contact QV first and explain what's happened along with telling them where you bought the product from- depending on process, they might say they'll reimburse you directly or return to the place of purchase.

Hopefully it all works out for you

Thanks Bubalouie for your response but you must have misunderstood my message. Sorry this is not a QV product. It is Dermaveen but can't seem to get in contact with them as this is the website it leads me to. Are they being evasive?
