Um, brand new Airbeatz 504 but no sound at all! I can bluetooth from my Samsung to it but can't hear a thing! Is there a trick to it or what?

See if sound comes out when plugging it into a device through the 3.5 stereo. Then you'll know if it is not working or a bluetooth problem.
