does dodo have flood insurance?

Have you ever had to make a claim with DoDo? Until one has to make a claim, one never knows how good they are. It's not all about the price!
A true point and fair question. No I haven't had to claim to date. No one really knows a company till they do have a claim to make. So on that point we agree. Have you had to claim from them? I would be interested to know if you have. Regards
Yes I have made a claim re contents insurance .
Still no resolution 2 months later! Lost police reports with in there office, no follow up, complete run around to avoid paying out!
Have never dealt with such an incompetent company in all my life!
