How do I cancel 'call forwarding'? When I activate 'call forwarding' I get a message confirming this action. When I enter #21# to cancel I merely get an engaged tone.
I bought my landline off eBay so why does it have to be connected to th e modem when it is plugged into the wall jack seperate to Dodo Modem funny I was given a hand held phone and Dodo rang and said my home phone was connected but I gave that phone back and bought my own but Dodo Customer Service say I can only activate my landline through the modem that's rubbish and do they really think I would have my landline sitting behind the Television absolutely ridiculous pathetic Customer Service .
Wondering why people are asking questions which should be addressed to the company.
Because Dodo customer service is abysmal and people are more likely to get honest, helpful answers here...

We are on Optus. Have a home phone, 2 mobiles and internet. I pay circa $132 per month. Can I get a better deal. Seniors
I am with Dodo home phone and unlimited internet 85 a month. Mobile pre paid..Amaysim powered through Optus. Ten dollars a month, unlimited calls and texts. 4G of data. No overseas calls..good service from both companies...I hope that helps.

I do not recommend Dodo for seniors - especially any direct debit agreement - or bundled services. Dodo bullied my 83 year old mother relentlessly and overcharged her using direct debit by about $500. Her POA was able to get the money refunded but Dodo took advantage of my mother and her declining ability to negotiate.

I get a message from dodo and sed: Your Home phone is active now but doesn't work?
I would call 133636 to get technical support. We called them yesterday because our internet stopped for awhile. They were able to assist and very quickly it was back on. Have been with them for years and have hardly ever had a problem. Friends have swapped to dodo and they get good service too.

When I make outgoing phone calls my caller ID is now showing on the persons phone that I have called.
This has only just happened since I have switched to DODO NBN
I have always had my caller ID turn off.
So how can I turn it back off again?
