my Eko won’t work, says storage disk full, we tried everything recommended online and nothing is working just black screen flashing with storage full

Hi MS A, May you please try the troubleshooting steps below? IMPORTANT NOTE: All TV setting preferences will be deleted. Using the Remote: • Unplug the cord of the tv on the socket • While you press and hold the VOL+ button for 5 seconds, immediately plug the TV back into a working power outlet. Make sure remote is pointed directly to the TV sensor. • TV will then enter the recovery mode screen. You will see “Entering recovery system! Erasing”. • After the recovery is completed, the problem will be fixed. • You can use the remote control or the buttons on the TV to power ON to confirm whether the unit has been repaired.

Please advise how to scan channels on tv. It went into safe mode. I’ve reset it and that’s now ok. It lost Stan so I reinstalled that. But when going to live tv it asks to scan Jgrev.61@gmail.com

Hi my 65” recently did a software update and now my surround sound no longer works with the tv, I have tried absolutely everything to reconnect gone into setting and put it on external audio but it is still only playing through the tv. Any idea on how to fix this. Also the Eko tv remote now seems to control the surround sound volume

Tv turns on, and then turns itself off after 10 seconds. I read that I should unplug, hold remote pressing VOL+ for 5 secs, then plug back in. This was meant to perform a factory reset, but didn't do anything.

Impossible. The TV turns off after 10 seconds, therefore, cannot use the menu to perform a reset.
