VerifiedMPN: KTWS10WI bought the KTSW7LCDANCB earbuds yesterday and they were working great but when the ran out of charge and I charged them again the touchscreen won’t work screen wasnt working so I couldn’t adjust anything
I bought the KTSW7LCDANCB earbuds in November and now the screen isnt working, it still shows stuff but the touchscreen doesnt want to work at all.

Bought the ktwslcdb and after 4 hours of stuffing around I got the left one to charge to 99% but the second it comes out the case it drops to 90% and the right one still hasnt turned on after 3 days. Do not recommend this product at all

How do I connect them because I don't think that they are connected to the case so they don't work and these are brand new

Bought a pair of KTWSLCDW earphones, I've charged the case and it's at 100%. The left earphone won't charge at all and is showing --% and the right one will only charge to 70% but then although the box will pair with my samsung galaxy s23e, the earphones won't pair up, is it because one is faulty and won't turn on at all?

(KTWSLCDB)The case turns on and says it’s at 87% charge but the EarPods won’t turn on no matter what I do. I’ve had them in the case for 7 hours and the battery on the case hasn’t changed yet the buds refuse to turn on

I was given these earbuds after my friend got new ones and they don't turn on, sync or anything. They charge and the case turns on just fine but the earbuds do nothing. I was wondering if you could help me out?
Update: I managed to pair but only the right one turns on and I got through 1 song (4 minutes) for the battery to go from 90 to 10 and then dying and he touch controls don't work

Brought 2 pairs of eko ktws90w ear pods i charged and still can't turn on . The case lights up but nothing on ear pods am I doing something wrong or is eko just rubbish ?

Newly purchased, only got an hours use on first charge. Now won't charge past 50% (displayed) and only last about 15 minutes. No information on charging procedure in instructions or on Eko's website

I've had them on charge for over 24 hours several times, trying different chargers and leads and still no good.
Is this a problem with one earbud or both as a pair? I had this problem with one earbud not working as I had used that much more than the other earbud. But when the battery finished for the other pair which I hadn't used as much I charged it and both started working. But for yours, it might just be a problem with the earbuds.

I have the exact same issue and bought them from the same place. By the looks of things, it's all just a scam. I literally bought these yesterday and it's a real shame cause they're decent sound quality.

Would you mind sending me a new pair of earbuds or your new release as the pair I have currently got is very laggy, plus the left earbud needs syncing every time I use it, or it won't work.

When I finish listening and I put the earpods back to the case the phone doesn't play sound. I have to disconnect the arpods in the Bluetooth phone setting manualy. Is this normal?

Purchased these headphones 6 months ago, only used them for a maximum of 1 month! The only reason I purchased them was for phone calls and they are useless! Nobody can hear me, the interference is ridiculous. I've had people complaining that they just whistle the whole time during the call. Wouldn't recommend!
