Product Code EWF9042R7WB. I have had and loved this machine for nearly two years. Water is going into the Prewash dispenser instead of the wash dispenser, I have switched it off and on and played about and eventually it works. It has done this five times now. The dispenser is all clean and a good hot cotton cycle completed. Anyone have the same problem or any ideas. I never use prewash and originally thought someone and accidentally pushed the prewash button. thank you Kate

We just bought an 8.5kg electrolux washing machine and from the getgo it vibrates violently and extremely loud, and moves away from the wall as far as the hoses will allow it to move, no matter how level it is or even with a slight fall back to the wall it still finds its way away from the wall.

If it sits on a wooden floor, it will vibrate more than on a concrete floor. All I can suggest is a rubber mat and ensuring the load is balanced.

It's on a concrete slab, I think there something else wrong as it is just so violent and loud especially on 800 and even worse on the 1200 spin.

My clothes are very damp after the WashDry 60, Is there another dry only cycle to get them dry?

I have the same problem with the Electrolux 9kg washer not spinning the water out fully on one hour wash and need to do an extra 10 minute 14 rpm spin and still not spun out completely. Technician said towels should be washed on the Cotton Wash taking up to 2.5 hours and only then they're spun out just a tad more. Not happy with Electrolux and would NEVER waste my money buying another one.
