What documentation do you require after I set it all up 4 months ago? I received a generated email telling me I would lose 50% if I don't supply valid documentation, yet you don't tell me what documentation I need to provide? You don't answer emails, your site is broken, and contacting you by phone has been impossible. I just read through all for reviews… please, this is a real problem to those of us who try to save $$ by using you, only to receive mistake after mistake.

Can I salary package to repay my mortgage on my investment property?
Yes I beleive you can. But just check with accountant as it might affect your tax offsets.
That's incorrect Kerry - you cannot package for an investment property or any investment loan - you can only package loan repayments for personal debt ie the family home mortgage
