What is the difference between Euroflex M4S Hybrid steam cleaner model number 3330208 and SC1M1? And can you still receive the bonus offer advertised for April and May with model number 3330208? Thank you, Jenny Hatch

Hi Jenny......sorry for the confusion .....the Euroflex Vapour-M4S Hubrid steam cleaner has a model number of SC1m1. The numbers 33302208 is just a product code from our supplier that is used internally or with our retail partners. So you can ignore this number from a retail perspective.

We hope that helps

And yes, the bonus offer for extra pads is valid for purchases to 31 May 2023 (and redeemed by 15 June 2023)

Mine is not producing dry steam but a lot of water is also coming out. I have porcelain tiles and the result is extremely streaky. I had one of older models for years and it definitely produced a dry steam compared to this one. I upgraded to the M4S thinking it would be better. Is my steam mop faulty?

Yep, have experienced the same problem and despite all the suggestions from Euroflex representatives, it's still a problem. I no longer use it because it's a pain in the butt

Hmm thanks , a bit expensive to be sitting in the cupboard. I may take it back

Hi Mir& Mark, please call our customer care line on 1800 66 38 66 to trouble shoot the issue (the number is on the silver sticker on the product for your convenience). Please ensure that only 600ml is put into the boiler, excess water in the boiler will be chucked out before the dry steam can be created because the steam is created by the boiler, if the boiler is over-full the dry steam cannot get created. Also please ensure that if the pad is too dirty or too wet that it is changed to a clean pad during the cleaning process. The steam release button on the steam gun can also be used intermittently to control the level of steam output which is why the M4S (SC1m1) was made because consumers wanted a steam control function and to be able to clean the grout. The basic model that you had previously did not have steam control and no ability to clean the grout. However the steam is created in the boiler by both units and both have the same specs (130 degree C in the boiler). Therefore there should be no reason for the steam output not to be the same in both models (the M4S just has more functionality because it is a multipurpose steam cleaner).

Hi, firstly I do love this steam mop. I've been careful to follow the manual and only use distilled water in mine. I agree a guage would be useful for the water level. I over filled it slightly one time so I removed the excess water and used the mop until there was no more steam. However, there is a tiny hole not documented in the manual on the bottom of the handle at the back that now shoots steam and leaks water. I assume it's some kind of overflow maybe? I can still use my mop, but water now leaks from there (the hole) constantly leaving wet drips and dribbles wherever I mop even though I haven't overfilled the tank. My question has 3 parts, what is this little hole? And how to stop it leaking? And will it ever stop leaking? This mop although great in so many ways is delicate and easy to upset and now is incontinent, so I guess there's always room for a little improvement. Please help. From a loyal customer and optimistic fan :)

I have checked my unit & yes, there is a small hole at the base of the handle however I have never experienced this problem? It could be that there is an O ring/seal in there that prevents water coming out under normal operation? Did someone try to put a thin wire/skewer in the hole hoping to clear a blockage? I would speak to Customer Support and see if they can help you.

The other thing is that you don't need to use distilled water unless your tap water is very hard and high in calcium. I use normal tap water but do run descaling through it periodically

What the heck. I hope YOU didn't put a wire or skewer in the hole? No, I certainly wouldn't do that or recommend that. You have a vivid imagination, but your speculations and inuendo are not helpful sir. I have outlined my issue clearly and await an answer from an educated rep, hopefully, and will continue to use distilled water, thanks anyway buddy. Peace out.

Hi Optimistic Fan, We are pleased to hear you love your Euroflex Vapour Steam Cleaner. Euroflex has placed a silver sticker on each steam cleaner with our Customer Care Line for ease of reference when customers need to contact us for any assistance. Please call the Customer Care Line for assistance on 1800 663 866 (toll free), this is the fastest and easiest way to help resolve any issues. Your comments posted here for model M4S seem a bit confusing, the M4S does not have a hole at the top of the unit where the black plastic extension tube is inserted. Model M2R does have a hole at the top of the unit where the black aluminium extension pole is inserted into the top of the unit, this hole is where the black tapping screw is inserted to fasten the black aluminium pole to the base. However there is no steam, water or water line at this location of the steam cleaner for water to dribble out. As mentioned it is best to call our Customer Care Line to confirm your model, so that we can provide better assistance, Thank you for choosing Euroflex for your cleaning needs.
