I am needing the parts number for the Soap Dispenser to Drum Hose for a WH8560J2 front load 8.5kg washing machine.
Try contacting the manufacturer thats what I would do.
I have had this washing machine for four and a half years. Every time the Drum Clean sign comes on I do a Drum Clean wash and also clean the filters. Lately the Drum Clean sign comes on every time I turn on the washing machine. Any help please?
LED indicators working partially only , say in cycle knob.. 2 modes only where the light can turn on, only 2 on wash temp button and 1 in spin speed button . Machine seems to be working OK but only you have to guess what function you are in. Any idea how to put all the LED indicator lights work again?

Hi my machine keeps lighting up the drum clean button... I did the drum clean and everything else associated with a drum clean but the light is still flashing.. please help
When going to clean the filter I took the cap off the outlet hose but the hose remained in the machine body. I can now not locate the hose and it will leak from there. How can I pull the hose back out to put the plug in it.
My washing machine gets through part of its washing cycle however then comes up with NO TAP and proceeds not to continue to wash I have tried Turing off the machine emptied it and put it on rinse cycle and it continues to do the same thing. I've cleaned the filter etc also. What else could be causing this also it seems to be swaying towards the spin cycle when this happens

Cannot be lubed - bearing is sealed.
If noisy then bearing faulty, contact Fisher and Paykel for replacement of bearing assembly in workshop.

I have a persistent error code 37. I have cleaned the filter on the bottom right- finding hair pins. I have restarted the machine and again, the error is evident. Any further suggestions?
Hi there, I haven't got this problem with my washing machine, but if you like try this: Expand/collapse global hierarchy HOME AUSTRALIA WASH FRONT LOADERS QUICKSMART, Fault codes, When a continuous series of beeps is sounded, all the lights turn off on the control panel and a number appears on the display, a fault has occurred. The washer will automatically enter this mode if a fault occurs. The fault code will be displayed as followed by a number on the digital display. To stop the sound, touch any button and perform the following steps:
Turn your machine off at the power point.
Wait one minute and turn it back on.
Check your machine is correctly levelled (refer to 'Installation instructions').
Remove your wash load.
Perform a ‘Rinse’ cycle.
If the fault re-occurs repeat steps 1 and 2.
If the machine still will not work you will be required to call a Fisher & Paykel trained and supported service technician to arrange service (refer to the ‘Customer Care’ section). Record the fault code number displayed and the serial number of your washer (located on the rear of the machine, and/or above the drum opening when the door is open) before calling. The fault code will indicate to the Repairer what the problem could potentially be.
If a fault code is being displayed, you can still turn your washer off by pressing ‘POWER’

I have recently had the problem where my F&P Quicksmart front loader (purchased 4 months ago) will not stay turned off. I press the power button after a wash to turn it off, but it turns back on again after several seconds. The only way I can turn it off is by switching it off at the wall socket. Please help.....

Hi. I have just purchased the WH8560J2 8.5kg front loader. My machine did not come with the extra attachment piece that sits in the drawer to add liquid detergent. According to the instruction booklet it should be there and I would like the option to use liquid. Upon ringing back the store to find out why they have not returned my phone calls. Is it normal for this machine to come without this part as I know the higher rpm model comes with it?
The j model does not come with the extra piece for the drawer. You can use powder or liquid... it says so in your manual!
