appalling customer service – I cancelled my service as I moved and Fuzenet have been harassing and threatening me claiming that my account is overdue and I owe them $22, despite me having paid up until the day I moved and disconnected the service. They are threatening to refer my matter to their debt collection agency and my 'debt' recorded against my credit file. Absolute joke and appalling customer service. Poor customer service, bad internet connection – Hour long wait times, customer service rep was unable to comprehend anything and hung up on me, there was one occasion she just acted there was a hearing problem and not respond at all. Then back to another hour wait over the phone. The recent outage has also cost me hours of work as I was required to work overnight shifts. Complaints filed were also not act upon. Increased the bill within one month of signing up and failed to produce even half the speed i pay for. WARNING STAY AWAY – Paid for 50Mbs, I struggle to get 20mbs and this isn't even during peak period. Not only this but when I received my first bill they increased my plan from $69 to $79. partner and I are both working from home. Managers tend to ignore issues and refuses to call back when I attempt to file complaints and this issue remains unfixed. Disgusting service I recommend to stay away from Fuzenet if you have a choice.

Everything about this company is a lie. The 5-star reviews are fake, the feedback are a SHOW – They just pretend to care customers by leaving feedback but never actually reply your call/email to resolve problems. cancellation on 31st of March, but they postpone my application on purpose. And later request 30-day notice for month-to-month plan. Cancelled on 31st of Mar and fully paid until 18th of Apr, but Bank Account stilled being debit on 2nd of May. What a joke!

I have called countless times (waiting for an hour each time) and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I later wrote a complaint, and a staff named Matt promised to help me fully resolve the issue, refund the money to my original account, and offered me three months of free service as an apology. ( According to what is happening later, this is just a way to persuade customer back again). Since I had already switched to another provider, I declined the offer but reiterated my request.
The staff(Matt) assured me on the phone that the money would be refunded. But when I asked him to send an email summarizing our conversation, he never sent it through. After about 10 days, I received a new bill, asking me to pay for the next month. What a ridiculous request!! I've cancelled a month ago and I've paid off all bills.
When I called, they denied everything and wouldn't answer the phone. Another colleague answered the call and said that Matt was not in the office and transferred me to the reimburse department, where I waited online for 1.5 hours. Eventually, the person in that department said that he had confirmed with Matt that there was no such thing as a refund and 30-day notice requirement still applies. So, I called back to look for Matt, but his phone can never be get through.
They are a group of scammers with no credibility. I hope everyone stays away from this terrible company in the future.

The support absolutely unreachable – I wasn't happy with the service so I applied for withdraw the service but after 2 weeks they replied my email and based on their policy they ended my contract one month after their reply time and charged me for all that period.
