My gate mate pizza oven has been working fine for a few years.. now the flame is small ( like the low setting ) and no real change from low to high when turning the know. It lights and stays lit, but the flame is kinda stuck on low setting Thanks in advance

I have just bought a P110 natural gas pizza oven, and it takes around 15 minutes to heat up to around 200degrees Celsius. Maximum temp it gets to maybe 220. Is this correct, anda fully stacked 12 inch pizza takes about 15 minutes at the 210-220 temp? I amusing a bayonet connection and the NGC30 kit. Thanks
Sounds about right. It’s not really a pizza oven - it’s an outdoor oven that can be used to cook pizzas slowly.

Just set up my new gasmate pizza oven. The igniter is not sparking. The light works ok so I’m assuming power to the unit is ok.

My gasmate pizzaoven lights ok, flame is blue, but after about 5 minutes ( and about 100degrees) it turns off, when I relight it is stays only on for about 30 seconds... what do I need to do
Hi kanga, I had the same problem. I’ve made a post here previously on how it fix it. In short, you need to adjust the location of the thermal shut off unit that’s next to the pilot flame. The top of the thermal unit needs to stay hot in the flames otherwise it thinks the flame is out and shuts off. It’sa safety feature. Hope this helps.
Check and see if your flue ( chimney) is open. If it’s closed, hot air cannot escape causing same problem. Top of chimney should screw open + close.
We have had our Gasmate pizza oven for several years. Recently, we had a smoky buildup on pizza and glass, due to yellow flame, not the strong blue flame we normally have. I have cleaned the holes in burner. How do I adjust so that it does not burn yellow flame? Many thanks Neil
Sounds like insufficient gas flow. If you have opened the gas bottle fully then its most probably an issue with the regulator, or the temperature (gas control) dial on the front of the oven.

The light bulb has burned out. What are the specifications for a replacement bulb (Volts, Watts), or a part number?? Can't seem to find those details anywhere. Thanks

I have the same problem. My pizza oven won't stay alight. I will be warranting it. Poor quality after 12 months. Unless you can assist with a replacement option.
