Preconstruction sales consultant Charmaine really set the tone and was really amazing to work with. Charmaine helped us design our dream home turning an existing plan to a custom design to suite all our family's needs. With all the back and forth not once did Charmaine make us feel like a burden or put doubt in our design and what we wanted to achieve, she was encouraging and helped us lock in details with the experience and expertise. She's been supportive throughout the process.

Currently we are in mid Construction stage, and we couldn't be happier with Nik and David, the team is exceeding expectation with communication and sending us weekly progress reports and are quick to send details of any delays due to weather, something I haven't been used too with previous builds. After our first formal walk-through I'm beyond happy with the level of detail our site supervisor David has given, explaining every nook and cranny and the quality of workmanship we've seen at the stage.

Also, big shoutout to the ladies in the office. Alex, Monica and Ella for making the admin side of the process as smooth and easy as possible.

director Dean met with us, and was able to find a fantastic solution, and build our home. Louise and the team were amazing, they made the process so clear and easy to understand. We can’t thank Danni and Alex enough for taking us through preconstruction, always so helpful and experienced, always making themselves available to provide excellent solutions to our enquiries. The professionalism, attention to detail, and approachability we have experienced also has continued through the construction phase. Our site supervisor Drew has been absolutely amazing, and so thorough! We have been so impressed with his knowledge and experience, attention to detail and approachable nature. He is always available to answer/clarify any questions we may have and has found innovative solutions along the way on multiple occasions, when we needed to make changes. We have felt completely at ease since the build commenced. We receive fortnightly email updates from Drew to let us know what work has been completed and what work is scheduled and he also contacts us in between updates if he needs to check or confirm anything while he’s onsite. We can’t wait to see the finished product!

explore best options for us before we paid a cent. Our Slab was poured in Feb 2024 and we had handover in Feb 2025. We built a two storey home. The building experience was simple and easy and we always felt as though we were kept in the loop with the build. The frequent walk throughs were great to get a feel for the home and to see it come to life. Post handover we have had no major issues and we are loving our new home. Post handover we had a few questions which was dealt with quickly and thoroughly which was great. We would 100% recommend GJ Gardner Homes West and have family now building with them with a positive experience again.

is extremely experienced and a genuine authentic guy. What made him so good is his communication and his commitment to follow through with what he says he will do. No build is ever perfect, there will always be a couple of things that go wrong, however I would rate my experience with GJ Gardner Penrith as near perfect and if I do ever build again, I would only do so with GJ Gardner. I can't fault them from the initial sales inception to the maintenance team, they are really nice people to deal with who keep their word and deliver a really quality product.

during our sales process. She helped us create a custom floor plan that suited our lifestyle and our block of land because we didn't have a large building footprint. We had a budget to meet and her insight allowed us to keep on track whilst also allowing for some upgrades that we wanted and she also introduced us to our amazing broker! Their inclusions showroom is awesome and we loved the fact that most of our meetings were held there. During this process we also met the directors Dean & Brent, which we really appreciated! You can tell that they take pride in their business and their staff. During pre-construction Danni F. managed our council approval which went quite smoothly. She was always very responsive and efficient. Her cheerful attitude was infectious. Danielle B. and Alex were lovely to work with during our colour selection process. Although I had a colour scheme in mind there were some gaps in my vision and Danielle helped to fill those in when I asked for her advice. I found seeing some of their other clients' selections on their facebook/instagram pages very helpful. SO excited for construction!!!!

Excellent Design – GJ Gardner have been very professional to deal with. They are very flexible with allowing changes made with the plans.
