that our build was progressing well. We were given ample opportunities to discuss any changes we wanted to make to our build and they were followed through promptly. Any questions we had during our build were answered expertly and efficiently.

The workmanship and build quality of our property is of a high standard, we were given regular updates about the progress of the build, even if there was nothing new to report that week. We had a range of variations we requested during the build which were accommodated exactly as requested.

We didnt have any issues pre, during, or post construction - in fact we pushed for completion a little earlier than planned and this was handled with care and consideration of our requirements.

Our final cost compared exactly to our estimated cost (other than our variations which were included after the original estimate).

In summary, we could not be happier with our experience with GJ Gardner Naracoorte, and would recommend them to anyone building in the Limestone Coast.

be. I had great support through the whole experience. A massive thank you to the team in Mount Gambier that were there for me through the whole thing. Excellent product. Gj Gardner were very accommodating when my family and I lost our rental whilst the build was happening and we were able to store things in our new garage. The only two things I would have to pick on, would be the paint job that was not 100% and after handover repairs (very little) was a little long to wait for. All had to do with the sub-contractors GJ Gardner/builder had employed at the time. Repairs was done very well and in a timely manner once the builder found out about it. I am really happy with the experience and living here in our new home. I would use GJ Gardner again if I needed to. Thank you.

A special mention goes to our supervisor, Kristian, he was fantastic, anyways keeping us in the loop. He did everything he could to make the build run as smoothly and as quickly as possible.
