I defrosted the freezer because the fridge was not cold. When I turned it back on the freezer has frost again and the knob is stuck between medium and high and high.

Mine is the same the knob is stuck and the freezer is over freezing causing the fridge to be warm… Can anyone help with this issue

I finally decided to take all the food out of the freezer and put in cold bags, then into the fridge. I turned the power off and left the freezer door open and kept removing ice. Eventually, the knobs turned and the fridge/freezer works great now. The trick is NOT turning it back on just because you've cleared the ice from the freezer. There's STILL ice in the hidden pipes. It also needs time to melt but is the last ice to melt.

How do it change door opening side. The top hinge doesnt swap sides as i expected? do i need to get another (Left hinge point) for right hand side opening

Read the manual. If no instructions there, then it cannot be done.

Can you please tell me wheather I should have the fruit and vegetable crisper on humid or cool. I find that my vegetables don't stay fresh for long.

When my fridge was delivered it was set on coldest..which I wasnt aware of..now it has frozen up like the old fridges use to..it doesnt matter how much I try I cant turn the knob anti clockwise to set it at colder..what do I do...?I have turned it off and I still cant budge it...I rang fisher and pay and they said it would cost me $148 if the knob isnt faulty. I feel that this faulty if I cant turn it..

I was taught the 3 "R's" Repair-Replace -Refund. I was told its consumer law. So if the product is faulty and it's under warranty they need to repair it at no cost to you. If they can't do this they need to replace with some or similar model or replace the fridge all together.
