Easy and convenient
The customer service was amazing, helping me to go through each step, ensuring that I can get connected. I was confused at first because I wasn’t able to get connected to the internet so I send an email. They reply in within an hour by a phone call. Thanks for the help!
Constant drop out at night
Try watching Fetch or Netflix at night and it constantly drops below 5mbps. Of course nothing can be done about it because I live in Perth and the Tech Support is closed!

So much better than the Telstra DSL
Ordering and installations process was smooth and well managed by supplier Harbour ISP. NBN fixed wireless service has been much better than previous service from Telstra. Example ping time 60% faster, download speed is now over 5 x faster(mbps)
Good support line for router change over.
Connected in literally less than 3 hours
Jocelyn and Mae were amazing, patient and had me connected in literally no time after having issues with another service provider for weeks. I can't speak more highly of the team at Harbour. They are real and fabulous!
The best service ever, even better than best :)
Due to buying a brken router I caled for help. Not only did we troubleshoot the broken router that turned out to be broken but I was called up everyday until a new Router arrived in the post to see if I needed help to set it up. When the new roter arrived I set it up and it was working perfectly. Not long after your representative cxalled one last time to check all was good. Very helpful, knowledeable and friendly. Only just got connected
I have only been connected for 10minutes, so but hard to comment, so far so good.i dont really have anymore to say at this stage, hope it keeps going well

I have only experienced one drop out and the service desk online chat were super helpful and fixed it within 5 minutes!! The service is great and i would recommend to anyone!!!

My internet was off for 3 days and response was immediate. They were extremely helpful. I have sent an email in the passed which was not addressed however this was immediate.
Great from install to setup
So far so good it has been great with speeds of up to 45 megabits per second at night and around 14/15 megabits per second at peak times I think Francis was the guy I spoke to and he knew exactly what to do he was good also the guy who installed it was great

At last, its Working( maybe?)
Since transferring to HarbourISP we have had continuous problems browsing the internet.
The last case was open from 8 Aug 19 until closing on the 23 Oct 19.
Days upon Days have been wasted, trying the same thing over and over.
Hundreds of dollars have been spent on paying for alternate access to the internet.
They refused to release us from the contract when requested, even though they were not providing the service that was being paid for.

On 22/10/19 NBN came to our property to install an updated aerial. The technician could not reconnect us to the Internet but told us we would be reconnected within approximately 2 hours. This did not happen and we contacted Chris of the Support team at Harbour ISP who arranged for reconnection by 24/10/19. We are very grateful for the efficient and courteous service we received.

Here I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Francis Arapan for his excellent problem solving skill, as well as his warm hearted customer service skills!! Yesterday afternoon, my tenant contacted me urgently, said she is half way doing her university assignment which is due today on her laptop, but found out there is no internet connection!! I called your tech. support desk, Mr. Arapan helped me, not only resolved the connection problems, but also taught me how to keep my internet more secure!! Both my tenant student and myself very happy, and would like to take this opportunity to say thank you again to Mr. Arapan, you are the legend in harbour ISP!!! Openetworks had an outage in my town. After it was restored my modem would still not work. Mae Baldoza was nice friendly well spoken and very helpful. She deserves a day off with pay.
Very helpful service
Over the past several days I experienced lack of connection, which was intermittent. The problem followed a phone call from your service team advising that the NBN was to do an upgrade. I was advised to shift my connection to the 2nd port on the box on the wall if I had problems. After a few days, my connection cut in and out, and I shifted to the 2nd port, but the problem persisted intermittently.
Today, a technician from NBN came and eventually replaced my unit on the roof with a new one. All is working well now. I would like to acknowledg...
