I am pretty proficient, it had me stumped) to get it right. Karmille took control and it just happened. One issue often noted about ISPs is their after sales/technical support. I reported this (low priority) issue this morning and it has been fixed by tonight. So, thumbs up to HarbourISP and their team.

just not able to get through.I have emailed numerous times.There is nothing I can do to get my account fixed!! All started with a email saying they couldn’t deduct my account which there is no changes on my end and is an issue on their end…. Then when looking at accounts I have been over charged and now I have letters for suspension! I didn’t know what else to do so I manually transferred my over charged bill for it to only be rejected and returned! Now I have a cancellation notice I have woken up too. I have tried and tried and I can’t fix this! I can’t get though and no reply!’This compnay just needs to call me to have this fixed!

phone me back in 48 hours. It’s now been 72 and no sign of them. I’m losing work and Harbour are blaming NBN, it’s not NBN, it’s THEIR issue with NBN. I want to get out of my contract but can’t even speak to anyone so I’ll be taking my complaint to the ombudsman tomorrow.

connection to friends & for my own welfare. I contacted HARBOUR ISP to get the NBN Satellite Internet. The NBN contractor came & installed hardware OK.

After eight days & lots of expensive 1300 phone calls to HARBOUR from my nearest village shop which is several 20km return car journeys, to get HARBOUR ISP to connect my internet at their end I was still WITHOUT INTERNET. I was totally frustrated with HARBOUR & their incompetence! SO I took up SKYMESH ISP & was joyfully CONNECTED IN 24hours.

HARBOUR ISP’s first monthly fee was to be $160. But they had NOT supplied any service after I waited over eight days to get internet. Therefore I told my bank to stop payment to HARBOUR. Five weeks later HARBOUR was exponentially billing me for $560. Obviously preparing to sell me out to the debt collector when the fee reached profitable & ridiculously epic proportions.

I contacted the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. After a LOT of personal letter writing to TIO they reduced the bill to $220. I did offer HARBOUR to pay the initial months $160 in goodwill. But HARBOUR demanded their POUND of FLESH & $80 MORE.

I am already financially stressed as an age pensioner & lost my garage in a land slip during the floods. ***BEWARE*** of HARBOUR ISP they are a CYBER PANDORAS BOX.

How is this company still operating – I highly encourage everyone to lodge their complaints with the TIO Ombudsman. But even then the company doesn’t effectively communicate and doesn’t meet TIO deadlines and time frames. Don’t sign up because you can’t leave! – Been with harbour for 2 years, had enough of their crappy internet and price increment. Submitted a 30day cancellation on 30th March and got a email saying my service will be cancelled on 30th April. Not only they didn’t cancel the service, they wanted me to pay and had to do another 30 day again everytime I email them. Gone downhill – I’ve been with harbour for 3 years or so. They have Amazing customer service, but the constant issues and slow speeds from 7pm are now unbearable. national problem, a local issue and in the last 6 months the speeds have dropped. The price increase may be in line with the market but I’m going with a more reliable service because when there is an outage it lasts the whole day- rarely less than 6 hours.

With my very limited IT abilities, Anne guided me through the process of logging in and checking router settings and got the internet back up and working very quickly. Efficient and reliable – I've been a user of Harbour ISP since 2014, service has been consistent and the ability for me to be in control of my user plan with the information provided is great. Customer service is non existent - said they would refund over charged amount and now wont return emails – After months of trying to get a refund on an over charged bill they finally agreed to refund me within 10 business days. When I did have an harbour account it would constantly drop out and when you try to contact them via email you get no response and a 40min wait if by phone. Worst RSP experience both product and customer service.

Would've been nice to know at the time why the drop out happened and an approximate eta on when it'll be fixed – At least I was made aware in a relatively short time frame when the internet service was back online. I was not made aware as to why it happened and for how long approx eta it would've been fixed at the time but luckily it happened at night and the next day I was at work so didn't affect me too much. Poor customer service – Harbour ISP has been our ISP from 2018 to 2023. During that time we had great service and issues had been resolved quickly. In late 2023 our internet speed started to deteriorate and we found that we where no longer able to stream services or run multiple devices without considerable lag. was uncontactable on many occasions. Waiting on hold for up to 2hr only to have the call drop off, and then having to call again. When finally getting to speak with staff, and requesting to cancel our internet service, we would be transferred to multiple people / teams as it seemed no one was able to confirm if our request had been completed. We sent emails requesting updates on our internet service being discontinued and account to be closed. It had taken months to get a reply and confirmation our service has been cancel, and our account closed. What started as a great company has now become arguably one of the worse internet providers in this country.
