No integrity – I was a customer of this company for satellite service for many years. Recently, they sold to Skymesh and terminated the service. They advised that there would be no change in service - business as usual. My account was $300 in credit. This money was not passed to Skymesh. acknowledging it and saying that they will. I could not recommend Harboursat in any way. They have no integrity. Their failure to refund my monies when they stopped providing the service is nothing short of fraudulent.

Raghu, the best tech support person I have ever dealt with – I have been without internet for more than three weeks. Raghu called this evening. Although I'm not all that computer 'savvy,' he walked me through every step slowly and I was able to finally connect back to the internet and immediately started receiving emails. understand, was very patient with me and the first person from Harbour ISP who took me through what seems to be the correct procedure to restore my internet. In the past three weeks I've been without internet, Harbour ISP tech staff have failed to call me back as promised five times. I have had to send messages on my phone to get proper consultation. One tech told me to buy a new router which I did. Was it necessary? Another tech told me the NBN box was faulty and needed to be replaced. Apparently this was incorrect because it's working now. A third tech told me my internet could not be restored, I needed to speak to gmail - I did, they were unhelpful. This past three weeks (plus three days) has been one of the most frustrating times in my life of 75 years and if it weren't for Raghu tonight, I would have moved quickly to change providers. Worst ISP I have ever dealt with! – I have been with Harbour since August 2018, they were great back then and up until about a year ago they continued to provide a good service and were helpful any time there was an issue. which would be fine if they'd have notified us, when I contacted them they told me they had a technical issue with their notification process and there is nothing they can do. I offered to pay for more data and was told I'd be contacted to arrange it, nobody contacted me. Then, I tried on 6 occasions to get the issue sorted and after being on hold for 40 odd minutes I'd get cut off. Then, once I'd run out of patience I requested that my service be cancelled and went with another provider. I always paid in advance and was 3 months in credit, I requested on 3 occasions to get the account cancelled and was told it was being processed, then yesterday they sent me another bill. If you are looking for an ISP then avoid Harbour at all cost, their service is absolutely terrible. Also, the only way to get to talk to someone is if you enquire about joining, they actually answer your call then. Harbour ISP, WORST ISP EVER.

department of 'Harbour ISP' and he was very helpful with attempting to diagnose the cause of these issues - and then also in finding a suitable way to resolve these issues. Today I have likewise spoken at length with Anthony from the technical support team of 'Harbour ISP' and he was also really excellent with all of his help - especially with his concise explanations as he 'walked me through' the whole process of setting up and configuring the connection of the new router. Hopefully this new set up will now remedy all those previous ongoing issues.......and...well - so far, so good - because during this first hour of using this new router, there has indeed been none of the previously experienced 'drop outs'!.....!!WOW!!

So then!... I must extend my appreciation and many thanks to all those who have helped me in the past few days to reach this new point of internet usability! In this regard, I simply must also state that it has been a refreshing pleasure and infinitely appreciated to deal directly with a truly supportive team that is actually located right here within Australia!!......THANKYOU especially for this!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - do keep up this practice of SUPPORTING AND SERVICING our AUSTRALIAN INTERNET CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE by employing more such POLITE, INTELLIGENT and GENUINELY HELPFUL FELLOW 'AUSSIES' whom we can all communicate and deal with DIRECTLY and EASILY RIGHT HERE WITHIN AUSTRALIA!!

The best service in the I’ve found – I’ve been with harbour ISP since 2015 an have not had any problems with the internet connection and they do their upgrades and maintenance work on their systems between midnight and six am .We can’t fault harbour isp satellite has been brilliant where we are in central Qld Show details ·  1

Quality Service – I sincerely hope the quality service since 2012 we have received from HarbourISP is maintained on transfer from HarbourISP to Skymesh as part of the transfer of ownership. The same high standard we have received from HarbourISP over many years was exemplified today during my conversation with Matt to resolve an accounting issue. Wow! What great support service – Liam and Michael. M. in support services have been so patient and helpful to me recently. Liam for previous router issued and just the other day in upgrading my plan and login details. And Michael today when I had no internet. He didn't give up until he found the answer. Inconsiderate company – I was recently in the 2022 floods in Wisemans Ferry on the MacDonald River. Flooded in from 2march to 31 march. No internet. Harbour ISP sent me a bill which I paid as soon as I could then kept sending me a bill for $10.00 for non payment from my lost credit card that was on the billing system. paid the bill and wasn't my fault as lost my credit card and I paid the bill by B Pay. Now I have a bill for $30.00 in direct debit failure fees. I paid it today. I transferred to activ8me because of Harbour ISP poor internet service. I would strongly not recommend this company every since they went to Victoria from Mudgee. Two companies never deal with IInet and Harbour ISP. I was with them for 5 years. What a inconsiderate useless company.

Great support staff – I rang for assistance with my satellite internet and the customer service Officer was extremely helpful and was able to offer me solutions and advised he would follow up with drop outs. The service officers are based in Australia and I find that helpful and part of the reason I chose this service. Whilst the service officers are great the time to wait is often long to get hold of one and you have to remain waiting for a while. Show details

Time issues resolved – I called today about peak time change overs - Aimen was very helpful in providing the information.. We've been having a lot of drop outs over the last few months which is rather frustrating. Other than that am happy with the service

Good but too expensive – Connection is good, no dropouts, but fairly slow, and too expensive. Had to upgrade plan to get higher speed, but it's $95/mth for 100gb peak time. Sometimes lasts only 2 or 3 weeks, and that's being careful not to watch too much hd content. Show details

/website it struggles to open then doesn't get past the 1st page where you choose your plan. I already have a plan!, can't progress to billing can't progress to profile and all I get is ERROR! 404 ERROR this is 2022 not 1919. These guys will have to up their game or they won't survive... mark my words. For a second time have been put on hold for 35 min... really?
