how sensitive is the remote I bought a fan its brand is preima press on it doesn't and it's not the batteries i need remote as I'm disabled and can't get out of bed

THis fan did nit come with a remote.

Hello Allen,

This fan is not remote controlled. Instead, it is operated via a switch on the back of the motor.

Hello! Where may I purchase a Heller Pedestal Fan model RPF40c in copper? I got given one for my 40 almost 6 years ago and it was knocked over and the clip has broken. It is one of the best fans that I have ever had. I would love to purchase another one. I did buy a white Heller Pedestal fan but would really like to know where I can purchase the above model.

Hi Yelena, From memory Kmart stores currently sell the copper pedestal fans similar to the Heller Pedestal Fan model RPF40c. However, the base is a little different. They now have tripod like base. The Kmart ones are branded Homemaker. But I think they might just be made by the same manufacturer as Heller fans. As for the Heller brand, I guess you have to go to Bunnings to check what they have. Thank you Tony, I received one for xmas...........but it was not a Heller brand.. I will take note on what you wrote as the Heller fan I highly recommend , and if it is the same as the Homemaker.. It would be a great fan...
