Hisense HWFM8012 Questions

My HWFM8012 Hisense front loading washing machine door won't open. There is a completed load inside. We have disconnected from the power at the wall, etc., but no luck. Anyone know what to do? Your assistance would be very much appreciated. Thanks. Andy

How much water is used on a Quick 15 minute wash?

Have used various wash cycles and varying amounts of detergent and fabric softener but can only get nice results if I then dry washing in the dryer. If I put washing on outdoor washing line the clothes, sheets and towels dry unevenly and stiff

Travel bolts are located on the back, 4 big bolts sticking out that look like they are holding the thing together.

When I press the options button to select prewash function three different symbols/icons come up, a different one each time it is pressed. No where in the manual does it show what they are for so I have no clue which one to pick to select prewash. I have taken photos of the three different symbols but don't know how to get the pics up on here so I have used them in my profile pic on here lol.

It's the Hisense front loader washing machine 8kg 1200rpm HWFM8012 (has that written on the front of it)

Hi there - I'm trying to work out the best setting to use for a load of washing when I have a mix of different clothes - just purched this new machine - nothing in the user manual lets me know

There is a 55 min cycle called Mix. I use it for soiled jeans, towels, sheets, tea towels. I use quick 15min fast wash for 30 mins for lightly soiled clothing. Just press right side temp button twice for extra time on fast wash.

Does this hisense washer machine HWFM8012 has hot water inlet? At the back is only for cold water? Can I put a Y adapter so it can use cold and hot water.
