What other information do you need. The brand is Home and Co. the size is 34l litre. The model no is EM134AL7. The part is a turntable coupler. I can get one online but I don’t know the shaft size or length. I tried to ring Kmart but that was as hopeless. I don’t know who to direct the email to as it doesn’t fit any of the contact headings.

The microwave works fine But I need a part called a waveguide cover, It's a very simple part and easy to replace. Where can I find this part?
Try ebay. There's "universal" ones that work on any microwave and apparently you can cut to size.

I brought the 34L Home and co microwave from Kmart and it has been used once to reheat rice for 1 min. Once that was done a couple of minutes later it turned itself on the turntable turns and the light comes on nothing on the timer. Turned off at power point couple of times and back on and it still kept going. Any ideas?
Sounds like it's faulty - I would take it back.
Is it normal for the above microwave to get very hot on the outer case during heating? This is happening with only a couple of minutes heating.
I haven't noticed that with my microwave. You might have a fault in yours.
I would return it to Kmart as they have an excellent returns policy.
