Appalling – Appalling. DO NOT use this service. A cleaner came into my home and scratched my original, pristine 1950's hardwood flooring with her dodgy vacuum cleaner causing $1700 worth of damage. Home Hello's attitude to date is to wipe their hands off responsiblity claiming they are simply a platform service connecting people.

Poor communication every 2nd clean is ok – I have had them for 18months. You can never get through to them to try cancel so I have just kept going ahead..... They book cleans in for times and days they want, even if it doesn't suit you and you try get through to change it and you can't. then you get automatically charged as they have all your bank details! ANNOYING!!!! Or when you really need them because you have guests coming those are the days they don't show up!

When they arrive, only every second clean is ok.... one cleaner threw so much water around our bathroom I thought she had flooded and it took 24hrs just to dry up... I heard her just hurling buckets of water around! She left it all just to dry without wiping down

Absolutely horrible customer service – Cleaner did not show up on original booking but my credit card was still charged. Their response - it hasn't been charged twice. Why was it charged at all? Prior to finding this out I had rebooked them in for today. Floor was not even mopped when I came home.

Fantastic Service – Our cleaner is always on time and gives a very thorough and professional service. If we or he needs to change a time or day, he is always very accommodating and goes out of his way to be very helpful. We are all very thrilled with our sparkling home and would recommend this service to everyone.

A fantastic clean without any fuss – This is the first time I have HomeHello and I have to say very professional and without any fuss. I had Daniel visit my house, he was polite, understood what I needed to be cleaned and he did an amazing job. I would certainly recommend using HomeHello to anyone I know.

Amazing clean! – Very happy with my first clean with home hello! Will definitely keep on using. The cleaners did a lot of extra little things that the other cleaners never did. Those little things are noticed, thank you!

Utterly unreliable – Out of six bookings we've made they've only showed up to two. The other four have simply been no shows, with no explanation or apology. The cleaning has been acceptable, but simple not worth the massive waste of time.

This is for the Customers – I am the cleaner in this company people who are not satisfied with the cleaning are those who just want to clean up there whole house in 40$ think first what you guys are paying and want your whole house to be spotless. All you guys need to realize that what you are paying and what you are expecting from this company.

Never use this service! – Constistently bad cleans, they constantly change the time and day of 'regular cleans'. There are never any support staff to speak to and when you email or leave a message it may take a week for them to get back to you (even though they say 'next business day'). Definitely go elsewhere! Poor service on every level - I have been given discount and free cleans as they have been so bad and even those cleans are terrible!

Seriously hopeless – We've had a cleaner not turn up 3 times out of 6. The cleaners didn't follow instructions. And there have been times we've come home and actually had to look hard to figure out what they'd done. Amateurs!!!!

No thank you – Booked a first clean for Monday. No cleaner shows up. No answer on the phone - just a recorded message that pretends to put you on hold for about a minute, then tells you nobody is there and to leave a message. to the job and needed medical attention, and that she hadn't called them until half an hour ago. Said she could do it on Friday.

Frankly, I don't believe it, but even if I did, there was no excuse for waiting half an hour to call me - I had stayed home from work to wait, and wasted a ton of time. No offer of discounts on future cleans or anything else, so I'm going to go elsewhere.

perfect clean – both cleaners himanshu and diksha were good, followed everything i said and i am gonna make them come every fortnight now. Please dont change the cleaners for my house!!

Worst experience ever – No one showed up!!....there's no phone number on google, I found a number in my email... I'm 9months pregnant and due to give birth any day and just wanted the house cleaned before I went into labour. They took an HOUR to call me back about where my cleaner was. They couldn't get me any one else, so I had to call different cleaning services for an hour trying to get someone else. Really upset me.

Started off well but unfortunately fell short due to changes in cleaners and their ability and lack – This is the perfect convenient service unfortunately overtime this fell short. When cancelling your service ensure that this company also cancels your direct debit details. I was caught recently when this company continued to take funds out fortnightly which was inline with a fortnightly clean. Note: that I had to cancel my card as you cannot put a stop payment on your account as card details were provided not bank account details.

Pathetic – The most disorganised company I've ever had to deal with. Seven bookings and only once did the cleaner actually turn up. No one ever answers the phone, no one responds to text. Pathetic

know cleaners are not coming for their regular booked cleaning (e.g. due to illness), they don't bother to book another cleaner in or tell you there's no cleaner coming. AVOID dealing with this company if you have children and a busy schedule - they are GUARANTEED to let you down and cause undue stress to your already busy life. NEVER EVER again! Don't do it, you will be disappointed. If not initially, as the weeks progress!!!

If I could give ZERO stars for the customer service and bookings team, I would. Appalling! I feel sorry for the cleaners who do a fantastic job (when they were here)...

Goodbye Home Hello – Used Home Hello for about 6 months of fortnightly cleans. Constant cancellations, new cleaners and re-schedules. Average to bad quality cleans each time. A number of issues including Instructions not followed, front door left unlocked after they left, late arrivals, not cleaning for the required time. After the second no show we cancelled. One to avoid.

So unreliable!!! – All I wanted was a regular weekly clean. I had different cleaners all the time and scheduling issues more often then not. I persevered for 9 months until the cleaner was again a no show. Don't waste your time.

Not good – Used home hello several times however their cleaners are not professional. I found that every time they came in, I had to clean after them. Won't be using them ever again.

HomeHello thoroughly recommended – The two people who came from HomeHello, both Marie and Louis have a really good understanding of what they do, are friendly and good communicators, and do a thorough and amazing cleaning job on a place. I thoroughly recommend them.

Great Service at HomeHello – I have been using HomeHello for awhile and whilst there has been a few glitches, the team works fast to rectify and sort out any issues that's why I rate them highly and I am happy to continue to use.

If you require reliability this is not the service for you – I tried HomeHello for 4 months - I had 2 major problems with this service: 1. The quality of worked was very inconsistent. This depended on which cleaner was assigned, even as we tried more cleaners and found ones that were OK their schedules constantly shifted and we couldn't rely on us receiving them. 2. seperate occasions the cleaners didn't show up, there was no communication on this, and in both instances it resulted in us having to clean urgently at home to fix prepare our place for guests. After the first incident I worked with HomeHello on their process to improve this, and they assured me it would be followed and it would never happen again.

After the second incident, we had to move to another service and haven't looked back since.

I absolutely loved my cleaner! – After a few disappointing experiences with other cleaners, it was great to discover Sam. She is enthusiastic, efficient, thorough and easy to communicate with. I've only had our first trial, but certainly not my last. Thanks for such a great job!

Constantly improving - Excellent! – Had a few issues when I began due to inconsistent quality. All seems to be solved with their recent price rise (looks like they've been able to get better and better cleaners).

No cleaners! – The first clean was fab - cleaner was on time and did great fast job. He actually ask if we want him to come every week he can do that as well, but he said he don't mind fortnightly cleaning if it suits us better. before booking. Homehello arranged a team of 2 to clean in the afternoon. Terrible job - they did put things back after cleaning (instead making a mess on the sofa), and they skip the bathtub when cleaning the bathroom. They clean the shower by wiping it - without drying with a glass wiper thingy, leaving marks on the glass.

3rd time? No third time. Cleaner (the original one) never show up and never tell us. Called Homehello and they said they can no longer find a cleaner in my area. Weird. I'm trying to book my cleaning with another agent.

When he's not available, I'm notified immediately. The replacements they send are just as good.

Their call team really cares and solve any issues within a few hours. A lot of communication is via text which is very convenient for those who are busy.

GOOD cleaners - great service for busy professionals – My wife and I both work full time so this service is perfect for us. It has never been easier to come home to a clean home and the HQ ppl are more than happy to help when required.

They also provide great customer service and reliable cleaners - for the times that I have been home, the cleaners have been at least 5mins early and walked me through how they're going to clean my home. Can't be happier! Great service.

Couldn't be happier ! – My roommates and have never had a cleaner in the past. Living with a bunch of guys, you could imagine our apartment being trashed within a few days of cleaning. Ever since using HomeHello, we haven't been burdened with issue of cleaning our own place. Nothing feels better than coming home from work to a clean and tidy home !!

This is perfect! Can't live without it! – I have tried almost up to cleaning companies and and also a few private cleaners in the past, and HomeHello is the only reliable company with excellent quality cleaners. Recommended by a friend, tried once and started frequency bookings with them. Cleaner always punctual, diligent, follows and completes all my instructions given. They always leave my house sparkling! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Avoid!!! Bad Service And Bad Cleaning – Do not use these guys. They will call you an hour after the booking was meant to show up and tell you there was no cleaner available. Always have an excuse. Even that the cleaner got "train sick" they take money out when the cleaner hasn't come too and take weeks to refund it.
