Hoover Aura II Questions & Answers
My wheel broke too, the rubber won’t stay attached to the rest of the wheel. Dodgy wheels shouldn’t mean I have to replace a good cleaner.Are there any other wheels that may work or suggestions for fixing this wheel.
One of the wheels has broken on my Aura11. Is there a way to repair it or replace it?

Have had for years has been good, done the job. However, changing the bag today I am unable to close the lid and I am scared of breaking it. Never had an issue with this before. What to do? A house to clean grrrhh ..

How do you fit the bag and close the lid of Aura 11?
Hi Laurie, The cardboard part of the bag slots into the plastic bag holder. If the bag holder is missing replacement can be purchased for $3.95 through your nearest Godfreys store or over the phone with us by calling 1300 360 845. Regards, The Hoover Team
