Have had this model for a while now but just this week, it has stopped creating water in the water reservoir. Obviously this is a symptom of the clothes not drying - any ideas why ? Both filters are clear.

Hi Taryn - we acquired this unit from my Father-in-Law when he downsized & have since discovered that it's 4-5 yrs old, so we decided to replace with a new one rather than go down the 'repair' road. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Had this dryer now for 8months. For the first time we are now annoyed that we have waited 9 hours to dry 1 blanket on the blanket setting.

Decided to try sheets and then s o me clothes. The time it is taking to get dry clothes gets longer and longer. I'm so annoyed specially after spending such a huge amount of money.

Only two possible reasons, either you have it on the wrong setting or you have it too full. There is a small gadget that you can buy at Aldi that weighs luggage, I use this to weigh a bag of laundry and hence I don’t overload the machine.

2) How do you find the heat pump aspect?

This machine will dry anything well it has so many options,

Just make sure to read the instructions on what heat settings you require. The pump works fine. After six momths I am still impressed with this dryer, just a fantastic invention!
