building process - because no one is perfect. But at his surprise he found nothing. Despite the challenges of COVID and relevant supply issues everything went according to plans and time schedule (actually the house was handed over a couple of weeks earlier). The entire Hotondo team was fantastic to work with. They listed to our concerns and were available to us every step of the way. They were prompt to resolve any issues that came up and very flexible with changes we made.

After living in the house for 2 months there was a small leak from the hydronic heating, luckily not inside the house. We contacted them and the next day someone came to inspect while they were looking at the issue we told them for a stiff door handle and they fixed it straight away. After the inspection they contact the plumber who came the next working day and fixed the problem.

This experience was a totally positive one for us. We love our home and it's truly our dream home. We thank you for your professionalism and the way you treated us. We can't recommend your company highly enough.
