To whom it may concern, We have an invictus with a blue stick and orange connectors to the head and vacuum cleaner, one of the orange buttons is broken so we need a replacement tube, where and how can we get one
Was contemplating purchasing, decided on a Hover. Recommend to anyone, no rust, fast charging and always reliable.
The mop of I/Vac wet and dry - the wet head was used 3 times and the motor completely rusted - please help please I cannot afford too much as I’m sickness benefits - thank you

Mine went after 7 months and was replaced. Then it went again. Now the whole unit does not work so unfortunately I can help you.

My Invictus X7 turns on for 2 seconds, then you get a red flashing light. Game over. Useless piece of rubbish, not even 12months old.
Mine did that within 5 months I sent it back they have replaced it. Have you checked the entry point into the container you will note it is 1/2 the size of the actual tube bloody useless you may have something court in there.
Why is my vaccume only stay on for 2 seconds then turn off I have just Putin a new battery thinking it was that but obviously not
If all filters are clean and the batteries are full charge it may be the motor is on verge of burn out smell the unit at rear filter if smells like electrical burn ring the supplier get replacement motor on way out .
I suggest you ring the company and look at the reviews it looks like you have been sucked in by advertising like me. Mine has done the same thing. Simple answer the product is a heap of sh*t. Sorry

What a waste of money. I had a Vax prior to the 7. It was so much better. I wish I had not bought this piece of crap. I'm really annoyed!!! It runs for a few seconds then stops. Constantly. And yes I clean the filters and use charged batteries. I would advise anyone NOT TO BUY this rubbish!
Hmmm iv had my invictus x7 for 3 years. I clean the sponge and outer filter once a month or so and it's suction is excellent it takes almost 2 batteries on turbo to do my entire house, the only complaint is the bristles on the lux head are wearing out. I'm going to upgrade to the x9 only for the extra power and new head. Maybe those having trouble got a bad batch. I love mine ♥️

Just over $1500 which also came with floor cleaner wet vac, it won't even stay on turbo mode for more than 2 seconds shuts of the entire vac, smells like it's burnt out .
I have purchased the X7 complete home cleaning system. I am wanting to remove stains from my carpet with the X7 and would request your advice regarding a stain remover to put into the machine. I note that your comment to use your favorite detergent however I am new at this and would welcome your recommendation.
does the invictus wet vac leave some water on the floor after using, or does it suck it nearly dry
If it is for invictus x7 it has a lil button by head of the vac you turn that on for when you are wanting more water and then if you turn the vac off you just push it again to get the water to mop the floor and then while it is on and you are happy with the amount of water that you have mopped the floor with you switch the light off and then it mops it up dry and if you don't get all the area dry you just go back and forth slowly I normally put a little disinfectant into mine mine works well
When I use this Invictus to Hoover it seems to pick up ok but when I finish and leave it a lot of grittier or heavy (sand) fall out of it. I have even tried using the turbo before finishing. The filters and tube is clear. Any ideas?

Mop won’t turn
My battery won’t charge, I have three, and it blinks blue for a minute or two and goes solid blue and then suddenly it goes blank! I tried charging one battery and it had been charging it for 3 ish hours and I put it in the vacuum and it flashes red!
Are the batteries for X5 and X7 the same?
