House clean – I can't praise this company enough.They are very prompt and are very good at what they do. They ask you if you're satisfied with the job they've performed for you. 5 stars all the way. The cleaner who comes is always polite and always puts the equipment back in it's spot they do a fantastic job everytime.Very very very highly recommended. 5 stars

unavailable after I called to advise she hadn’t arrived 2nd clean - nice enough young bloke , not stellar at cleaning but I figured we would get it happening in future cleans because he was going to be my ongoing cleaner right ? 3rd clean - we had to reschedule 24 hours before clean due to family emergency . Cleaner still turned up , called me , I explained we had rescheduled and then still wanted to be paid . This was actually a third new person for a cleaning job I had requested an ongoing cleaner for I gave up after that . So for 6 weeks (3 cleans ) I actually had my house cleaned once poorly .

part of this household for quite some time to come. If slight changes are needed by either her or I as to the time of arrival due to unforseen happenings, neither of us has a problem negotiating around the to suit both our needs.

Butler does what is asked – Happy with the service from Jarvis and we now have a butler who is on board with my (at times painful) requests. Looking forward to a long term relationship with Jarvis.

Useless – Cleaners did a shocking job, everyone I went through did a half-baked job then they change cleaner on you for no reason without telling you. Their communication sucks and will charge you for nothing.

Terrible. Never turned up & still trying to charge me for service – On the day our clean was due we were contacted 1.5 hours before she was due saying that she wouldn’t be turning up until the afternoon. received an email asking me to review the service. I have since received an invoice & been told that they have unsuccessfully tried to take payment (I haven’t given them my card details & won’t be). In total I have now text them twice & emailed 3 times. I don’t have time to be chasing a company that is sending automatic emails stating that I owe them money when I don’t. Not impressed & I won’t be using them again.

Left without doing any work; still charged me – The cleaner arrived 15 minutes late The cleaner arrived 15 minutes late, stood around for approx 7 minutes, left without saying anything and still tried to charge me $80. Customer service hasn't returned any of my calls or texts.

Good service – Butler is very efficient and pay attention to details when cleaning. She does such a good job, and it’s nice to come back to a clean home after a long days work :)

Very happy – My cleaner has done a fantastic job. Everything is sparkling and cleaned properly. He even cleans the ovens and takes care of my special ornaments. Jarvis have been great so if you get allocated a great cleaner you won’t be sorry.

I recommend Jarvis cleaning company – I am very happy with my new cleaner and the service provided by Jarvis. They always provide accurate arrival times and respond promptly to any requests or messages. I like the reassurance that a police check has been conducted and there is insurance coverage.

Exemplary Effort – A dedicated cleaner (Tania) came and put in great effort, cleaning as best she could. Was very impressed. Did have 2 cancellations prior to this Butler being assigned however. Cheers.

Overall doing a great job – I'm sure it's not easy getting from A to B for an x number of cleans per day. Our first clean was ok, our latest one excellent. Vac under couches didn't happen so lady of the house not happy but overall they did a good job. At this stage I will certainly continue with them. It comes down to some cleaners being better, timely communication and clear and workable instructions, and I think it takes all that for good results. Good work Jarvis.

Fantastic service! – We had our first clean today. Our cleaner arrived on time, she was polite, good listener and very professional. She focused on the two bathrooms and floors as I asked but also cleaned/dusted every surface in all other rooms. This was not expected but very much appreciated. The bathrooms were sparkling. All corners spotless, no smears on glass or mirrors and the whole house smelled fresh. Thank you!

An excellent first clean – Our cleaner was competent, thorough and unobtrusive. Her first visit was excellent and we are very happy for her to return regularly. She listened attentively to what we wanted and worked independently.

Fortnightly clean – It’s been great having a Jarvis butler every fortnight. The house always feels so clean afterwards and I can focus on work or spending time with my kids. The cleaner was friendly and completed all the tasks given.
