Good job – I have been using Jarvis to clean my house since November 2022. Finally they have found me a cleaner who does a great job and who can come regularly.
Pretty sure this is a scam. Don't put your details into their website!! – Requested payment from an OS service centre a week prior to the job booking? I decided to discontinue at that point. They refused to delete my information from their system on request and wouldn't let me speak with management either.
Great reliable cleaners – This company is very easy to deal with. They are polite and friendly and respond quickly to any requests I have. Generally the cleaners are excellent. In all the time I have been with Jarvis there was only one time I had a concern and that was due to inexperience rather than anything else. They immediately replaced the cleaner when I drew it to their attention. I am very satisfied with the service I receive.

Professional and comfortable – In my time as a customer of Jarvis/Whizz, I have been pleased with the professional and comfortable experience of regular fortnightly cleans by the same cleaners, and the ease and promptness of text communications between bookings.
This is perfect – I am really please with the service I received today. Cleaner did a fantastic job. The staff are responsive and provide good quality customer service at a high standard.

The worst agency ever! – So unprofessional. We had cleaners cancelled three times (on the day when they were scheduled to arrive). One time cleaner arrived 1.5 hors late (for a job that was supposed to be 2 hours!) - the whole time being on the phone to my husband (as the agency doesn't coordinate their cleaners).

Friday evening. Cleaner a no show again. Claimed they were sick. No email -- company informed me it was my fault for failing to provide them a phone number. I'm just so glad I had taken the day off to wait for them, as I now had the time to scramble and clean the house myself.

they couldnt find anyone. I could understand this as it was only a week to find someone, but the lack of communication was terrible. They rang back 10 mins later and said could we re book this week. I went through the same talk about wanting a professional cleaner and added it would be nice if they turned up. It is now the evening before and I had to contact them again, only to find they still had not organsied anyone and had no intention of advising me. I was taking the morning off work to be here for the first clean. I said they were so unprofessionalism and that I have now lost another week waiting for a no show when I could have been looking at other companies. I then receive a call from a "supervisor" saying she thought our conversation was cut off - it wasnt. After advising how poor their service and lack of care was, she then advised me that the call is recorded. I dont care if it was, but once again the lack of honesty and disclosure has just ended a distasteful dealing with this company. I am not the first to complain about this exact thing. Dont engage this company of you want someone to show up. They are a joke.

Jarvis did provide me with a 30% discount for my next visit so I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. My cleaner rang me 20 mins past the booking time and told me she was running late and will be at mine in an hour. When she arrived, I gave her a quick tour and left her to complete her tasks. It wasnt until she left that I noticed what a horrible job she did: 1. She wiped all my mirrors with some thick detergent that left it cloudy and incredibly streaky. I initially thought it was just wet liquid yet to dry but to my horror I realise it wasnt. I just cannot believe she left it that way thinking it was acceptable 2. She did not clean my kitchen. My stove top, bench top, sink and other surfaced was not touched at all. 3. Bathroom surfaces was not cleaned. I ran my fingers over the vanity and it was dusty. Vanity cupboards still had obvious toothpaste stain from before. It was obvious she only spot cleaned the sink and wiped the mirrors. Toilet bowl was not cleaned properly. 4. She left the floors soapy after mopping, so all the tiles were sticky. 5. Dining room chair was damaged, presumably the cleaner had pushed it too far into the dining table and scratched it against the under surface of the table top.
It was incredibly frustrating to receive a cleaner who clearly had never cleaned a home before. I've had to clean my entire house again following this visit. A simple vetting and training guide for all your cleaners could have prevented this.
I've had to clean my entire house following this visit. I wrote to Jarvis immediately and their response was to give me another 30% discount and ignore all my follow up emails.
I later when through Jarvis's terms of services and realise they have unbalanced commercial terms (in favour of Jarvis) where they reject any liability for poor service, damage etc from their services. There is also an absence of any form of cleaner vetting and household theft insurance. I would warn everyone to check with Jarvis what assurance they have for quality and security of household good before they book a clean.

turned up late, and left early. A few days later I received a partial refund. I then requested a full refund. Received this a few days later. Then today, the refunded amount was debited again! So yet again, I had to contact them again and requested my money back. This is the second 'cleaning' company I have gone to and they've both been shocking. I have asked them to remove me from their database completely.

Excellent cleaning again! – The cleaner she came on time, friendly and worked well for the 2 hour cleaning. This company has great customer service and they always try to give customers 5 star service.
Spotless Kitchen – We have a gloss white and stainless kitchen and Fireweini always makes sure our kitchen is spotless and finger print free. I am very happy with Jarvis and their cleaners.

Amazing Cleaner helps my chronic back condition – Jarvis cleaning is necessary for to manage my back condition. Carolina has been my cleaner for over a year and is amazing, knowd exactly what to do. She is honest and I trust her implicitly.
Thorough clean – We found the first staff member assigned to us was not very thorough but Jarvis reassigned another person to us and they were wonderful. They were punctual, thorough, scrubbed bathroom and kitchen, wiped things down well and made sure our drains were also cleared in sink and shower. We are happy to book in monthly cleans moving forward.
Always outstanding – Our butler works basically unsupervised and knows exactly what is required. She is always on time, professional and pleasant. She never leaves early in fact I have to tell her the time is up. An absolute asset. I would strongly recommend Jarvis.

Two weeks in a row no one showed up – Our first clean was booked last Friday, 15 minutes before they were due to arrive, they cancelled. I rescheduled another one the following Friday (today), after waiting an hour with no show I called up to see if they were still coming and they confirmed no. Not very reliable.
Didn’t turn up – Cleaner didn’t arrive. I rang and msgd, no answer. Jarvis finally rang me and said their cleaner was sick and they didn’t have a replacement. Jarvis is expensive compared to other cleaning companies. I expected better.

you do that is beyond me) Then i was told it was my fault for not inserting the invoice number - which can't be copy/pasted because of the way the invoice is raised Then I did the reconciliation and it was a three person job to prove the reconciliation was right - and this was the one where only part of a full and accurate payment was credited.
Stay on top of the accounting and be strong in your push to get issues resolved.
The service is good, it is the accounting that lets them down, badly.

After requesting a refund, they offered to send out a new cleaner for a free visit. This cleaner was amazing. She was efficient, professional, and did an excellent job. I think that the cleaners are a bit hit and miss. I’m glad I persisted in requesting a change, even though I did feel bad. If you’re willing to communicate with Jarvis, you will eventually get onto a good cleaner. I’ll keep using the service so long as our current cleaner can fit us in her schedule.
