Hi, last I noticed my brake lights on my caravan flashing for no apparent reason, my caravan is parked up in my backyard, it is not hooked up to power, my battery switch is off, do you know why these lights would be flashing, they flash for about a half a dozen times then stop, then later do it again, can you offer any glue as to why this is happening, it starting doing this last night, my van is a 2017 Starcraft Outback TL 19ft. No idea, might be something to do with water given we have had some rain. Best call a mobile auto electrician

Window has popped out of frame how do we fit it back in
If you have the euro style windows go to a caravan repair shop. If you have the older style windows you could have a go with a screwdriver and some silicone. If you do that use only good quality silicone in "Black". The black seems to stay flexible better in my experience. I did one on a motorhome with old style windows and it was pretty easy but I would not attempt it on the euro style windows. I would just go to your local Jayco dealer. I found Watsons in Coffs Harbour really good when I was passing through there last year.
NOV 2013 ON PLATE IS it really structurally suitable for off road conditions we have extra outback kit .extra height. satelite dish. extra water tank. solar panel but no checker plate .....Also for insurance purposes is it classified as Outback or can we only insure for offroad?

Hi Sandy you need to check with your insurance company as most don't cover once you leave a registered road we got ours for the extra strength but jayco quality in my view is extremely poor & anything could happen if we took it off road
If you have a 230v 100w outlet on your towing veh will that charge your battery?
We have solar panels so not sure

i have a 19 journey out back and i can't get the water up from the tanks to the taps and the pump is going first time out trying the tanks out. Any ideas?
I drained my tanks once and had a similar problem it wouldn’t pump just kept trying until it came through again.
