Did you purchase a different product for you child that you like? I’m on my second pair of JBL JR300BT headphones for my daughter. It seems that they last only 2 years and then they stop working.

No still haven’t worked that out. The broken pair work intermittently. The cabled version we also bought broke too so no backups. I have some adult ones I’m brushing the dust off.
