It appears that more water than usual is appearing in the drip tray and possibly less going into the coffee cup. Otherwise it's functioning well and is always descaled as per the reminder display. Is this a simple fix or a sign the machine is beyond redemption?

Error 8: After turning on our ~8-year-old Jura J6 machine, it started making kicking noises and then displayed "Error 8." I didn’t want to spend a fortune on professional repairs since the machine is old, but I also didn’t want to just throw it away. How can I open the machine with the special screwdriver tip? Where can I order the tools to open it myself? I really love the Jura J6.

My Jura J6 is not sucking up any milk through to the frother or any hot water through to the frother. I have pulled apart the milk frother and cleaned thoroughly and descaled the machine. After a while I see a little steam coming from the vents above the top of the machine.

Jura J9 - hi my machine has started beeping 4 times after I select the type of coffee I want made. It then makes the coffee which is hot and appears as it normally would. What do the 4 beeps mean?

My Jura J9.3 turns on flashing red and then after 30sec does 3 beeps and turns off. I took it apart. Cleaned and lubricated the brew group stills doing the same. I also checked and cleaned the tray contacts. Any idea what can cause this issue? Is not displaying anything on the screen just the logo

Hi! Today our milk wouldn't come out at all even after we had taken all the section of the wand off and gave it a clean. Hot water is also not coming out and going straight to the tray instead. Making coffee itself however is working fine. We are in Busselton WA and I am wondering if you can suggest if we can do a DIY and what the problem is or if there is a reputable person that could fix this ASAP. Can't happen at the worst time of the year when we have non-stop visitors. Thank you

So my machine was getting jammed so, as before, I pulled out the brew group to clean and lubricant it. That didn’t help this time. For some reason, the large gear is making contact with the thread it rides on, but only near the top. Any idea why this would happen?

Hi, when I turn my Jura Impressa J9.3 on it stays on the welcome screen for 20 seconds before beeping 3 times and switching off. No error code appears before switching off either. Any suggestion on how to fix this?

When I pull out my water tray, it also pulls out a substantial amount of brown coffee coloured water. It's getting to the extent that I have to lift the coffee machine to wipe under it. That happens after about three or 4 cups of coffee. What would the problem be?

The machine is telling me to empty the drip tray but it is empty and the contacts are dry and clean! Any ideas?

Please ensure the two silver prongs at the back of your drip tray are wiped and dried thoroughly before you slide the drip tray back into the machine. We hope this helps. Hello. When turned on, the logo will appear and then some weird menu. Signature - Passed, Core- Skipped, Screens - Skipped, Tables - Skipped, Set 1-8 skipped Only set 7 is passed. Then it beeps 3 times and switches off. Where could be the problem? Well thank you.

The problem was in the plate under the rotary selector. I got it from another coffee machine.

I have figured out that it has nothing to do with the brew group. The screen has failed and needs to be replaced.

My Jura Impressa J6 recently started the following problem - The coffee grinds but the water does not go through. After waiting about 5-7 seconds I hit the button to cancel the brew. The grounds dumped and were slightly wet. I tried to brew again and it worked fine. This has now happened 3 times. What is the solution? Thanks! Mike
