I have the 8ft Kahuna. The poles you thread through the top of the net keep popping out of the T-bars. How do I get them to stay in? The net keeps collapsing when my kids are jumping and it’s hard to get the poles back in, so frustrating!

Hi Nikki, Please call our customer service team on Monday on 03 9790 0055 and they will assist. Essentially we can dispatch a replacement set of T sections for the top poles but please ensure you are feeding the rope supplied through the bottom of the net and springs.

Yes I have threaded the rope through the bottom of the net and through the springs. It just seems like the tension holding the poles into the T sections is not tight enough, either the poles are too short or the holes in the T section are too big. I’ll call Monday, thanks

Hi, does anyone have tips for connecting the safety net rods? Had two people connecting ours but one of the rods split due to the extreme tension. Now we have to wait for replacement rods and the kids are disappointed that they are unable to use their new trampoline.

I can't even figure out how to connect them to begin with, our model comes without instructions. Only a link to pay for someone to assemble, after 2 weeks I'm ready to either send it back or leave it without the sides. And if they break anyways what's the point

there's only one hole on the sides to attach the poles to, isn't that dangerous? They'd fall sideways? the other bits to put it together hide the second hole on parts and I cant find anyone who can figure it out, and videos online havnt been any help

The instructions are terrible. It took us hours to figure out how to assemble the base and we ended up having to phone Kahuna to get proper instructions.

The net was my nightmare but i did it my way and now I'll make it very easy for you. When you get to the last rod when the net is at a stretch, unscrew the entire pole from the trampoline and you'll be able to get the last rod in without any problem at all. Once the rod is in just screw the pole back to the trampoline! Happy jumping!

Thank you for your reply. We had ongoing issues with the net, so we returned it for a refund.

The inner net for our 16ft kahuna trampoline is to tight and won't zip up, any advice?

Can I put a 12ft 8 pole net on my 10ft 8 pole classic kahuna trampoline so it fits outside the safety mat?

Do the T clips that hold the net up go all the way into the poles. Ours are juat sitting on the top of the poles.

Yes. Use a rubber mallet and carefully knock them in. You may need to push/pull each pole to line up the T piece with the hole. Some of the plastic from the T piece may shred a little due to the tight fit, however, this is OK. Also use a rubber mallet if you need to knock them out.

Yes. Knock them in and out (if needed) with a rubber mallet. T piece sides may shred a little due to tight fit, that's OK.
