In response to all of the inquiries about obtaining a new charger and other needed attachments, at the bottom of the product manual which can be found on line there is a phone number which is the number to order parts etc, Details Below: H.E. Me too. Why wasn't it included in the box, when I purchased it??? A lot of running around? When it should have just been sent to me? Also, NO ACCESSORIES ??? JUST THE BLOODY VACUUM. That I can not use....it's driving me crazy...I am the one doing ALL THE WORK....NOT HAPPY

I shared what Vacuum it is above can't give u anymore information than that as its the modle number and it tells u what it is
It's best too not leave it on charge as it over works the battery and never use it until it's completely out of power
I purchased an Anko 2 in 1 VC8260-12A in February this year. I have contacted your customer service many times since April this year as I needed a replacement filter (Part J) in the manual. I have not received the part I requested. If you are unable to supply the part can I return it to the store.
