How good is it for grilling and doing open toasted fingers?
Hi. I can't say enough good things about this microwave oven. I grill cheese, and the usual, but I use bread crusts or stale bread. rubbed with oil, salt and rosemary and grill or cook on 180° for 10 minutes. It just cooks everything perfectly!
Just bought this one, but it doesn't light up when it's on? Does it have a light? Thanks

Should this convection feature be making a loud noise when on this setting
mine has recently started making a noise on convection but I cant use the convection now because everytime I do it flicks my safety switch off in my power box, didn't know that was the reason and it cost me about $460 to get electrician out. apart from that it works all right , just cant use convection
I have had no trouble with noise so far my other microwaves have been just as loud I bought it in April so hope you have the same success as I have but if unhappy call K Mart Sorry I have not been much help Regards Barb

This Kmart micro convection oven Can it do 2 pizzas at once by doubling the Gram weight setting? It seems a small cooker. And cooking 2 pizzas one at a time doubles the cooktime.Inconvenient. Is there room to fit 2 pizzas? What sort of separator could I use ?
Hello, I am pretty sure that there is not enough space for two pizzas to fit in this microwave oven.

Can you use normal cake tins when you are using the convection function only?
I did not use cake tins so I won't be able to answer this question satisfactorily. However, I used sistema glass container while baking the cake.
I have always used the glass oven proof containers so can’t answer your question fully.

Cooks pizza? Do you put your pizza on metal pizza tray on top of the GLASS microwave tray? How does bottom cook? No middle rack comes with it for convection cooking.

*reviewer is not being factually accurate or has stated several mistruths*** The INSTRUCTION MANUAL only states what cookware can and cannot be used in MICROWAVE ONLY COOKING. ie. Does NOT say or display what you would put a pizza on - NOR where to place it in the oven! Only one rack supplied that STATES ONLY USE FOR GRILL - NOT OVEN. (And does not say what plate,etc to use) If you use a MICROWAVE DISH in an OVEN -> WILL IT MELT? If you use an oven (METAL) dish in a microwave (or combo) WILL IT SPARK & kill microwave??
Also manual says oven browning dishes MUST BE at least 5mm ABOVE the TURNTABLE -> or GLASS MAY BREAK. What is the browning dish made of and how is it elevated???
Hi Can Someone tell me if you can say do more than one stage multi cook in this Convection oven. C1 to C4 says you can. Does it grill microwave and say cook in one go without resetting it? Thanks

Yes it does...and because the platter turns you get good grill coverage. It also comes with a height adjustable wire rack that gets your item up closer to the grill. So far we have only used it for cheese and toast but that was done in 5 minutes flat from cold.
