Can you buy spare parts for this cooker? I need a new pot. I dropped mine and it buckled and leaks when we use it thanks. Great product we use it weekly at least.

Hi is the the pressure regulator valve supposed to be loose?
The valve is loose when there is not pressure inside. Once the pressure builds up the valve will not move. If you try to move it you will hear and see steam escaping. DON'T touch the valve during cooking. Once the pressure has reduced you will notice it can be moved without and sound.
