How on earth do you set the clock? Noticed someone else has asked and not been answered. Have reviewed manual in detail but no further instructions! Only option seems to be to switch it off and back on again at 1.01am which is insanity.

If you switch off and then back on again you can use the dial to set the time. But if the time stuffs up, the only way I can get it back in Clock adjust mode is to turn the power off and on again
Even turning it off and on again doesn't allow you to set the time on our particular one! I contacted knart support who sent an except from the manual which explains it - but the original manual is missing that section which I think is because when ours was made someone forgot to give it that function! I am still waiting to hear further from then. I sent a video demonstrating that it doesn't work on ours.
Its not in the manual. Turn off at wall. Wait 5 seconds. Turn on at wall. Rotate dial. Select HOUR between 0 to 23. Once selected, press START / +30 SEC button. Now select MINUTES. Press START / +30 SEC again to lock that in. Try an alternate button if START / +30 SEC is not the one.
Nope. Have tried every possible variation of this and even sent a video of it to kmart who never responded. It's a dud!

I used the grill function for cooking chicken. In 20 Min the temperature inside was maybe 50 degrees. How long have I wait?

I tried the oven for two days....the convection temperature was 30 degress lower than what it was set for and the micro wave was supposed to be 700 watts but seemed even lower power..... I would suggest return it as not fit for purpose.

I've had this for a few weeks. I tried the baking tray that comes with the oven to preheat the oven in convection setting but I saw a few sparks from the tray. Is that normal?

After several attempts, most of which were unplugging and replugging, my new microwave won't turn on, especially since I have met the parameters in which it needs to be safely turn on
Installed this new anko microwave and after several attempts, I wouldn't start working, especially since I have taken it out of the plug several times and even then, it still won't work

Hi I have had my oven for well over a year and have had absolutely no trouble with it until tonight. It wont go. We havent done anything different with it. But the red circle the looks like a slice of pie taken out of it is showing on the display and since that shows nothing works. I have looked at the manual and it says, when the oven is first plugged in, beep will sound and the display will show "(the pic I have on screen now) and 1. The number 1 will flash. Thats all it says about that. No instructions on how to get rid of it. The number 1 did not come up on the display at all. Just that circle thing. Frustrated much.
