I have an anko bluetooth speaker orb. When I plug it in to charge the red charge light comes on and then turns off. Should it stay on till it is fully charged. Do you have any ideas.

The on off alert sound and bluetooth connection alert sound of the speaker is too loud. How to lower the volume level or disable this alert sound. Simon
what do I do if the speaker freezes?
Never happened to me, sounds like it's faulty. Make sure it's got some charge and hold the power button to shut it down then restart it. If that doesn't work or it happens again I'd get Kmart to replace it.
all good it finally went flat while frozen so i charged it up & it worked again. Thankyou

How do you charge the speakers
Connect any standard micro usb charger such as a phone charger to the devices, this is mentioned in the instruction booklet. See the diagram. The devices come with a cheap micro usb cable, but I discarded it because I had plenty of better ones.
Can you pair two packets (four speakers) to the one device?
I doubt it but some devices like my Samsung Galaxy S9 can pair to multiple bluetooth devices. So you might be able to make it work.
