Hi we purchased the tennis table for a Christmas present last November and it was assembled in January we moved it last week to tidy the garage out and 2 of the castors collapsed the table is very heavy for such weak castors can we get a refund as we don't have the packaging it came in please?

My son has just purchased this Ping Pong Table from K Mart Redbank Plaza Qld for $139, we got it home and took us around 3 hours to put it together. Next day 2 castors broke off, then one of the bottom plugs came off & it doesn't line up and if you lean on it on a little the whole table folds down from the middle also the black plastic strips around table have come away from table on 2 sides. Not happy, asking for a refund, get my son something more compact and sturdy and safe. Do not buy. Also the lady from the dock took my receipt and did not give it back to me.

how do you fold it when there is no gap in middle?
You get someone on both sides you lift a little then push down, still very bulky when down
Are you able to solo play? just putting on side upright and play against it?

Would not recommend this table. Very poorly made and falls apart easily.
What is the thickness of the table top?
We had the table tennis table folded and covered due to rain and wind. We have only had it 1 week. It was pinned on both sides with wheel locks on but fell over. Can I get a replacement???

Yes Belinda you can put one side up.
Can you fold one side up and 0lay by your self??
Yes it folds up, so you can play on your own.
What tools do I need to assemble?
Can we keep this table tennis board outside in sun and rain as we don’t have that big shade area? Thanks
you could keep it outside & fold it up & cover / wrap it with tarp when it rains it folds up and is on castor wheels
