Just got my steam mop and all I get is a rattling sound ☹️ I’ve read and reread the manual but I can’t see what, if anything , I’ve done wrong. Useless I’m afraid .

I’ve had the same problem but because it had been in storage (unopened and still in box) I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. This was a blow as I’m a pensioner and had to throw it out without ever having used it. Just wouldn’t heat at all.

hi Ros & Raye , apart from any warranty offered by businesses , there is the australian govt guarantee that any product bought in australia should do what its supposed to do within a fair time frame from purchase, if not you are by law entitled to your money back. contact the ACCC of australia & they will tell you your rights & the process of filling in a form to get your money back . good luck

9-in-1 Kogan steam stick KASTKSTMO9A: Worked at first go for five minute trial. Tried it for second full go some 15 mins later and wouldn't work. Checked all the troubleshooting hints but still nothing. Lights on, no steam.

Thanks, Vic and Howe, I did go direct to Kogan once I realised the mop was truly deceased. The help line was very prompt (despite it being Christmas time) and the result is they agree the mop is faulty and are sending me a new one.
