Where is the charging point to plug in the charger on the T 10?
Hi this is a great vac the only problem is I’ve used it so much that the synchronous belt has stretched and won’t turn the brush where could I get one from please?

I purchased this Kogan stick vacuum and returned almost straight away as the suction was useless. Unfortunately you only get a credit to spend on future purchases from Kogan. The return was very difficult and hard to actually speak with a person! Suggest only buying from a physical store any big purchases.

I looked it up on the internet. Remove the stick and I just place the main unit across the dock and connect the charger. Trying to get it to fit is a mongrel.

Initially at purchase it took about 3 hours to charge, then seems to recharge each time within an hour. I don't leave my vac recharging constantly, it seems to hold the charge fine once its been fully charged.
Under an hour, the initial charge took longer.
I just received my v23 stick I put it on charge straight away how long before red light stops flashing?
Depends how much juice you had left. I never cared about it, just plug it in and use whenever needed.

The red light stops flashing and changes to solid red. Can take a few hours

Takes about 30 mins to charge.
It is advisable to charge it for 12 hours first and then about 30 minutes after usage
