Kogan T3 Pro True Wireless Earbuds Questions & Answers

I seem to be pairing the buds ok but am only getting sound out of 1 bud. I've tried resetting, putting the back in the case for a few seconds, and re-pairing, putting them in the case, touching for 7+ seconds until the blue lights flash 3 times, to no avail so far. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
Call Kogan. I don't work for them.
How am I meant to balance out the sounds between both earbuds?
Why don't people ask these questions of Kogan or read the manual? If both earbuds are working then they will always be balanced if the audio is in stereo. But I have had some issues with one earbud turning off occassionaly. The instructions just advise you to return the earbuds to the charging case and then get them out again. Or, failing that, pair them again.

How long does the earbud last in general? Not battery. I understand it depends on how you use them but yeah
Kogan's page states up to 18 hours. I've never used them for nearly that long to be honest. But I've never seen them drop below 50% charge. But anyway, I moved on from these ages ago in favour of the T8 Pro's - which are cheaper and better. I use the T3's for watching videos off my old iPad when mini painting now. #nerdahoy

Do these buds pair with a laptop?
It has Bluetooth 5.0 so as long as your notebook also has Bluetooth then yeah they should pair without issue. I have a set of the T9's I'm using with my PC and that's great as it gives me the freedom to move around my office without having to take headphones off or pause what I'm listening to. Very handy. Good mic too.

Have you tried reading the instructions that came in the box? But if you couldn't make them out then try this PDF version from Kogan's User Guide library. ~TLDR~ Connect them via Bluetooth to your phone or tablet. One tap on either bud stops and starts music or answers/disconnects a call. Two taps on left goes back one track Two taps on right goes forward one track Three taps unleashes Hell ... kidding, it activates your assistant. Adjust volume from your phone or tablet. It's next to useless from the buds to be honest.

Hi Paula. 8g each earbud, 16g the pair. 50g in total with the charging case.
