Hi Mandy. In regards to sleep you could try taking the sunset earlier , after tea . I take sunset before bed so I dont use the nitro extreme , just the sunset . I haven't had any issues with more urination . Ive been taking kyani for over 3 years . Hope that helps .

Hi Thomas . I have never had insomnia so I cant help with your question. How long have you been taking Kyani? Some people need longer exposure before feeling the benefits. I would suggest 2 to 3 months and if youre still not noticing any results it might not be for you . Have you noticed improvement in other area ?

Sunrise definately does its job, but sunset, well maybe it helps me fall asleep, but not stay asleep. I took it for 4 weeks.
