Hi, I am able to pair the laser bluetooth headset to my laptop but not the samsung phone. It is not showing up in the scan for bluetooth devices. I tried restarting the headset and phone but it still wont show up. Please advise soon. Thanks.

Please ignore question since I had to disconnect from laptop to connect to phone. It supports only one bluetooth device at a time. Thanks anyways.

AA2082 Digitech... Connects easy, sound is good. Problem is when I turn 'on' or 'off' it auto-dials from my phone and rings the person I 'last ' called. Embarrassing if late at night. I can't find a user manual, any links?

Hi, i didn't know these were still available. I haven't had mine for some years and now do Bluetooth ear buds. I do recall having this issue but no fix. I assume the wiring becomes loose with adjusting the headset to fit head. Sorry.

My headphones both work independently but I can only hear out of one at a time. I have followed the instructions to pair them so not sure why. Any ideas?

Hi..My headset has been working for about a year now..Now it seems to not hold its charge..It's fully charged but seems to only work for a couple of seconds makes a beep beep sound then turns itself off..Hoping someone can help?

Mine did this at one stage for a while but appears to have righted itself. It was some time ago so unable to advise what the circumstances were. It is possible it was my previous mobile phone I had the problem with. It still happens occasionally when charge is running out, but otherwise it is still working ok.

I previously used my headset with my laptop and it worked well, have not used it for some time and have since upgraded my laptop from vista to windows 7 and even though my headset is showing full charge I cannot turn it on -I hold the MFB down for three seconds and nothing happens; I have uninstalled and reinstalled the device and it is showing on my laptop, when I have it connected via a USB I hold the MFB down and hear several beeps but nothing else it won't even work while connected with a USB even though it shows as connected under the bluetooth seetings, once I disconnect the USB it then shows as diconnected under the bluetooth setting I am guessing it's because the device is not on; I have had the headset for a couple of years at least so if it is faulty I will not be able to return it but could it be anything else that I am missing?

Hi, sorry for delay. I have a similar problem with my laptop, but no problems with my phone. Perhaps the upgrade is causing your problem. Mine is a few years old now so I am forgiving. Mine sometimes doesn't turn on, but tends to work ok after a few minutes on the charger. I have another blue tooth sports headset that I use with my laptop, though not as comfortable as the laser. May be time to update your headset. I have found the laser the most comfortable, but I don't think they are available anymore. Sorry I am not much help :)

I actually think that the headset is cactus as it will not turn on at all, I am guessing it has nothing to do with the laptop or the upgrade...ho hum...I guess its the built in obsolescence but I would have hope it would have lasted a bit longer than 3 years or so!

How do I turn the headphones off?

Hold the on/off button for about 3-5 seconds. You will hear an initial beep and then a beepy type of chime about a second later...then it should be off.

How do u set up them to ps3?

Hi blake, sorry but i am not much of a tech head and don't even know what a ps3 is. Just follow the pairing instructions and you should be ok. Also make sure you don't have any other Bluetooth devices on while you are pairing as it seems to get confused.

NEED URGENT HELP !!

I use my red laser bluetooth headphones on my iphone 4 but when it ran out of battery i went to go charge it for about 6 hours ( a blue light was showing ) but when i took it out of charge and pressed the power button , it wont turn on .. Also if it is on charge it will turn on and i can use it but if i take the charger out it will just automatically turn off???? PLEASE HELPPPP

Hi, sounds like you may have a faulty headset. I would imagine you have followed instructions, e.g. holding the on button for 3 seconds etc. you should be able to return to your retailer if it is faulty.

Does this work with iphone 5?

I imagine it would work with any bluetooth device. I have used it with my current smartphone and my old lg zenon without a problem...i only use it for listening to music, audio books etc..i havent used it for calls...but i am not very technical. Cheapest wireless i have come across & does the job for me.

I am not a tech head and have it working with my galaxy s2 phone. Havent paired it with my galaxy tab yet. Have you tried pairing it with anything else yet? I also had it working ok with my old lg xeon.

Well for what u pay for them they have really good sound and yes it can be loud. We can her our kids unit while she is sitting in the back seat of the car. I think that Is loud.
