Hi, we purchased a few years ago a Leapfrog ultimate device for our son, he has seen me put my pin code (without my knowledge) in and has now changed it. I am struggling to get this fixed with Leapfrog, no one answers the phone, however have contacted them via email but, they are not being very helpful. Has anyone been through this situation before?
Upper left corner of setting menu hit reset it wipes it all but you can log in again and set a new password. Our son did the same.
Failing that log into the account via the registered email and do a forgot password reset.
