Based on what you have described and as per the manual most likely the washing machine has switched to self protection mode due to a supply problem (line voltage, water pressure, etc.). >> To cancel the programme, turn the Programme Selection knob to select another programme. Previous programme will be cancelled. End / Cancel light will flash continuously to notify that the programme has been cancelled. Thanks

Hi, it still doesn’t work. Any other cycle it just keeps flashing and will not start.

I had similar issues with my LW5. Ended up that the fault was actually caused by the door interlock (ZV446) not signalling that the door was closed. Replaced the interlock and it's working perfectly.

Hi Shelly, although Quick Wash is selected, it could take longer based on settings such as temperature. For example, on cold wash, it normally takes half an hour, but setting it to 30C can increase time at least by 10 minutes. So check settings if you have changed by mistake.

Program will only bring up the washing machine to defined settings for temperature, speed etc. However there is separate button/setting for each of them so for all programs temperate can be set to 0.
