It's manufacture fault, we had shock absorbers replaced (4of them). Take a video on your phone and call warranty service. Show them video when they come.
That's what I did, problem been solved
Could you please tell me when the new model is coming out ,good guys have said that model wd13020d1 is no longer available due to new model coming out , thanks Tina
Hi Tina, the model replacing the WD13020D1 is the WD14024D6 and should be available very soon if not already with most major retailers. Many thanks, LG Australia
Will this machine fit a king size doona? I have a similar one at home and I have to squeeze to fit a queen size in it :( Think I may have to get a bigger one.... ?
Hi there Laura, The WD13020D1 is a 7.5kg front loader washing machine capable, on the doona setting, of washing a single size doona. We recommend you investigate the 10kg range of washing machines to be able to wash a queen-size doona, and to check out the owner's manuals, which can be downloaded for free, from the product support page of each model on our website: lg.com.au.
Just an extra note: Lighter doonas (summer, spring) can generally be put through large washing machines (tog ratings of less than 9) but winter doonas (with tog ratings of greater than 9) you should investigate options for professional cleaning instead.
We hope this helps. Many thanks, LG Australia
Do you have any problems with lint on this machine? Thanks.
